Everyone needs a sounding board. It’s hard to be a founder, innovator, creator. We create a judgement free-zone for executives, founders and entrepreneurs to facilitate a deep dive into gaps in your business or organizational structure or messaging and how to shift these to achieve your business objectives.  

 

Most of the time leaders know exactly what needs to be addressed, it’s just a matter of getting there. Our business coaching sessions may consist of one-one meetings to truly clarify the issues you face and the outcomes you want to achieve. Together we craft a clear set of outcomes and make a plan to implement. (Deep listening, fierce conversations, implementing conversations for action, vision/goal setting.) 

Depending on your needs, I may also do a 360 audit looking at your vision, goals, financial results, brand, messaging throughout the company, company culture, structure, product/service offerings, department leadership, employee attitudes, customer feedback, and sales results. 

A key piece of the puzzle is leadership development. Whether it’s your employees in leadership roles, board, founders, employees, we conduct workshops to examine problem areas, communication challenges, do “brand therapy”, and get all stakeholders on the same page.
